Ali from Sadhana Yoga will be running a new 4 week Beginners Course on Thursday nights @ 8.15pm. Starts next Thursday, 2nd February.
Mats provided.
- WEEK 1- salute cycles and standing poses (active movement)
- WEEK 2 – seated forward bends, back bends, twists (stretches)
- WEEK 3 – strength poses, arm balances, inversions (confidence building)
- WEEK 4 – closing sequence and breathing work (health and wellbeing)
Cost: $60 for the 4 weeks beginners course, casual visit $20 (members welcome)
