It was my dream to be back in India. The collective effort and generosity of many people made this trip possible along with the blessings of Maya Devi.
Haridwar, a holy town at the base of the Himalayan foothills is packed with pilgrims. The Ganges river which normally flows fast through here is diverted for cleaning prior to Diwali.
To bathe in the river and feel its amazing benefits you have to head to Chandi Ghat where the natural river flows. It is such a blessing being here.
