How to book your 3 Day Eco Retreat

The Triple Peaks Eco Lodge has 5 rooms with occupancy suitable for eight people. To secure your place in this idyllic 3 Day Retreat, please notify Ali ASAP and pay your $300 deposit by 12 p.m. January 25th. Don’t miss out on your room preference. Room choices with individual retreat costings are outlined below.

Retreat Schedule: Check in Thursday 23rd April – Check out Sunday 26th
DAY 1 – Thursday 23rd April

12.00 pm: Leave Marton by 12 noon (Drive time to the Triple Peaks Eco Lodge is only 2 hours away along SH1.)
Check in time 3 pm at the Triple Peaks Eco Lodge– help carry in & unpack groceries
3.30 pm – 5.00 pm FREE TIME: People will settle into their rooms, make themselves a cup of tea or coffee (see menu), and relax into this amazing setting
5.00 pm – DINNER PREP: Ali will prepare a 3 course evening meal (see menu)
6.00 pm – YIN YOGA: Find you place outside on the deck and do a wonderful Yin Yoga session. We will also discuss the retreat’s themes of awareness, wholeness, authenticity & gratitude
7.30 pm – DINNER: Sit down for a delicious 3 course vegetarian meal (see menu).
8.30 pm – Everyone will help clear up and then we are all free to do some star gazing and meteor watching, or snuggle up and light a fire, or turn in and have an early night.

DAY 2 – Friday 24th April

6 am -7 am – QUIET TIME: Take in a quiet appreciation of this stunning location. This quiet time gives you a chance to be silent and contemplative. So you can peacefully gather your thoughts, minimum social interaction is recommended.
7.15 am – MORNING YOGA: Find your place outside on the deck and do a wonderful Mountain Yoga session with Ali
8.30 am – MORNING MEDITATION: Ali will guide you on an ‘Opening Up’ meditation
9.00 am – BREAKFAST PREP: Ali will set up breakfast (see menu)
9.30 am – BREAKFAST: Enjoy a self-service breakfast and discuss the day’s outing
10.15 am – LUNCH PREP: Ali will prepare sandwiches for people heading out (see menu)
10.30 am- 3.00 pm: FREE TIME: Everyone is free do their own thing from 10.30 am until 5 pm. You can go for a long walk, or visit a local attraction. Or, you may choose to sit quietly indoors. Ali is off-duty during this time
3.00 pm – 5.00 pm – SILENT TIME: If you are back at the Eco Lodge you may take a siesta or sit and read a book. During this silent time we each respect other people’s needs for rest, solitude, and quiet enjoyment.
5.00 pm – DINNER PREP: Ali will prepare a 3 course evening meal (see menu)
6.00 pm –RESTORATIVE YOGA Find you place outside on the deck and do a wonderful Restorative Yoga session with Ali (dress warmly)
7.30 pm – DINNER: Sit down for a delicious 3 course vegetarian meal (see menu). Over dinner we discuss insights from the day
8.30 pm – Everyone will help clear up, then you might like to engage in a shamanic energy rising session before heading outside to look for meteorites

DAY 3 – Saturday 25th April

6 am -7 am – QUIET TIME: Take in a quiet appreciation of this stunning location. This quiet time gives you a chance to be silent and contemplative. So you can peacefully gather your thoughts, minimum social interaction is recommended.
7.15 am – MORNING YOGA: Find your place outside on the deck and do a wonderful Mountain Warrior Yoga session with Ali
8.30 am – MORNING MEDITATION: Ali will guide you on an ‘Finding Wholeness’ meditation
9.00 am – BREAKFAST PREP: Ali will set up breakfast (see menu)
9.30 am – BREAKFAST: Enjoy a self-service breakfast and discuss the day’s outing
10.15 am – LUNCH PREP: Ali will prepare sandwiches for people heading out (see menu)
10.30 am- 3.00 pm: FREE TIME: Everyone is free do their own thing from 10.30 am until 5 pm. You can go for a long walk, or visit a local attraction. Or, you may choose to sit quietly indoors. Ali is off-duty during this time

6 am -7 am – QUIET TIME: So you can peacefully gather your thoughts on the final day, minimum social interaction is recommended.
7.15 am – take time to do your own yoga practice
8.00 am – MORNING MEDITATION: Ali will guide you on an ‘gratitude’ meditation & closing ritual
9.00 am – BREAKFAST PREP: Everyone will sort out their own breakfast
10.00 am – check out of accommodation

Vegetarian Menu

Please give Ali plenty of advanced notice of any dietary preference and intolerances.
Tea, herbal tea, plunger coffee will be available for people to make during the stay.
Please bring any extra food, beverages, nutrition, or snacks to supplement the menu provided. Alcohol will not be supplied so please bring your own if desired.

On arrival: help yourself to light refreshments. Tea with organic mill, honey, herbal tea, plunger coffee, crackers and vegetarian cheddar

Dinner: Zucchini Pesto soup, Artichoke Risoni and green salad, roasted spiced pairs

Breakfast: Energy fruit soy smoothie, muesli & milk (cow/soy milk)
Lunch: Wrapped cheese & mustard sandwiches, cherry tomatoes, muesli bar, an apple
Dinner: Potato & sweetcorn chowder, Fennel, tomato and white bean stew, Plum crumble
Day 3 –
